HOTELS VERONA
To call this hotel a guesthouse does it a disfavour. The rooms are of a higher standard than Premier Inn by UK standards - large, clean and newly decorated and very functional. They even have tea and coffee making facilities and a bottle of water unusual in Italian hotels. Additional blankets, pillows, many towels and a large bathroom with excellent shower and toiletries including a bidet added to the comfort. Our room (06) also had a safe, fridge and plenty of hangers and a well positioned wall mounted TV. There are CCTV cameras on the front door and in corridors that add to the feeling of security. The room cost included breakfast which was a buffet and compared very admirably to the 4 star hotel breakfast we had enjoyed in our previous hotel in Italy during the same trip. There is also a bar and the prices of wine and beer were low and of generous measures. The reception staff were very helpful in providing maps, directions etc. There is also a free shuttle bus to their sister restaurant if your time is tight or you want the convenience. The hotel is 5 minutes easy walk to the train station and about 10 minutes pleasant walk to the old town. A very comfortable Friday/Saturday stay which cost us for 2 nights less than a lesser quality Premier Inn in London, and it included a very good buffet breakfast and all the facilities of a quality hotel. Highly recommended. Oh, and free wi-fi in the room which seems a luxury in any city hotel! Plus - Verona is beautiful and very compact and easily to get around - perfect for a weekend break.
Posizione perfetta a dieci minuti dalla stazione e ad un quarto d'ora dal centro. Il personale è disponibile, cortese e sorridente! La colazione è di ottima qualità, freschissima e molto abbondante!! Svegliarsi la mattina con il profumo di cornetto fresco non ha prezzo!! C'è anche la possibilità di avere caffè e cappuccino freschi dal bar! La stanza era piccola (lo sapevamo, avevamo preso appositamente quella perché l'intenzione era di girare la città il più possibile, quindi inutile spendere di più per una camera che non avremmo sfruttato) ma molto pulita, il bagno nuovo e pulito!!
Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione, e ci si può muovere comodamente a piedi. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni.
Finora ho piacevolmente soggiornato altre volte all'Hotel Piccolo ed è stata la prima al Martini. Non ha assolutamente deluso le mie aspettative! Camera pulitissima e confortevole. Colazione squisita e con un'ampia scelta di prodotti per ogni palato, dal dolce al salato! Come sempre il personale è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile! Grazie!
A modern hotel , large room with all the facilities and free parking nearby, not in the center, a short 10 minutes walk from the center,not so bad. reception is at the hotel, 20 meters from the guest house, and so is breakfast
Расположен в пяти минутах ходьбы от вокзала, до старого города идти минут 10, тихое место, отзывчивый персонал, удобные кровати, хороший завтрак, хорошо работает интернет. Короткий путь от вокзала - рядом с вокзалом есть собор, нужно обойти его с левой стороны, перейти дорогу, и идти вправо, там по пути будет еще перекресток с активный движением, и за ним уже видно отель на набережной!
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Camere nuove e molto pulite, personale gentile e colazione ottima! Altro punto a favore la vicinanza alla stazione e al centro della città entrambi raggiungibili facilmente a piedi! Consiglio vivamente!!
Sono stato in questo hotel per 3 notti. La camera, una matrimoniale, era abbastanza grande, luminosa, pulita e fornita di tv e frigo. Il bagno era pulito e molto spazioso. La colazione molto abbondante, merita davvero! Ci è stato permesso il deposito bagagli completamente gratuito, siccome eravamo in anticipo sull'orario di check-in. Distante dall'Arena 1,5 km: una distanza accettabile.
Hotel ottimo, vicino al centro storico, prossimo alla stazione degli autobus e dei treni. Camera pulitissima, grande, accogliente, climatizzata, silenziosa con bagno enorme e terrazzino privato. Colazione eccellente soprattutto nella qualità e varietà delle proposte. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff per la cortesia e collaborazione dimostrata nonostante una piccola incomprensione iniziale. Eccellente la accoglienza e i servizi che continuano anche quando la camera viene lasciata in attesa dell'orario di partenza.Bravissimi tutti.
Despite being situated on quite a busy road, this is a quiet and cute hotel, perfect for visiting the city - even for just one night. Plenty of room for a couple of cars, so parking is free. Receptionist(s) very friendly, and English is spoken. The city centre is only a 15/20 minute walk, so the supposed shuttle-bus isn't needed. The rooms could be described as small (the double bed amazing wedged into the room!) but the room had everything we needed, including wardrobe and small fridge.
