Excellent staff, nice rooms, big breakfast, very well organised. The shuttle to the Arena is great. You are required to dine at their very reasonably priced restaurant in order to have free access to the shuttle service. We booked the service in the morning, went sight seeing, came back had a quick pizza and jumped on the shuttle to the opera. Trust me you will appreciate it, especially on your way back, when after a 4 hour show 10,000 people leave the arena looking for a taxi!
Sevizio ottimo. Posizione non lontana dal centro citta'. Distanza perfetta per una passeggiata salutare. Se una volta non si vuole camminare per esempio la sera al ritorno all'hotel, e facile prendere un taxi dalla piazza delle erbe e costa soltanto €7,50. Il rapporto tra prezzo ed il servizio e' ottimo e come detto la posizione non centrale non e' un problema. Tra l'altro e' facile parcheggiare gratuitamente davanti all'Hotel se si viaggia in auto come noi.
Really great value for money. It has exceeded our expectations multiple times, I would stay there again if there was an occasion. Room was very modern with large bathroom. From outside hotel doesnt make an impression of the upscale facilities, but if you are inside, it s offering much more. We even had private terrace on the first floor, not a great view, but still you can go outside if you wish into your private space. Extended breakfast, friendly receptionist and their assistant who would guide you to your room as it is situated in the separate building. There is parking slot for free available next to the hotel, but you should be lucky to get a free space.
Situato vicino alla stazione dei treni, vicino allo stadio e vicino al centro storico e all'Arena! La zona è molto tranquilla. Ampio parcheggio gratuito davanti all'albergo. Camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno grande rispetto ad altri alberghi! Colazione ottima, oltre alle solite cose. Se dovessi tornare a Verona è sicuramente in considerazione!
Wir waren hier am letzten August-Wochenende zum Start unseres Italien-Urlaubs. Das Hotel haben wir als Basis für die Erkundung der Stadt und dem Besuch einer Oper in der Arena gebucht. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig in ungefähr 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren angemessen ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück entsprach unseren Wünschen und Erwartungen. Wir haben uns hier 2 Tage wohl gefühlt und können es empfehlen.
Hotel Porta Palio si trova in una posizione molto comod: 20 minuti a piedi e si arriva all 'Arena di Verona. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, la camera era molto pulita anche di stile moderno. La colazione era ottima, c'era veramente di tutto. La qualità prezzo sono correti. Sicuramente ci ritorneró!
Ottimo hotel. Confortevole accogliente personale simpatico e cortese. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Ristorante annesso molto buono. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. A pochi minuti dal centro e dai principali monumenti.
Sono stata a Verona per tre giorni e ho prenotato una stanza per due persone in questo hotel molto carino. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione. Il personale è veramente gentile e molto simpatico. Ho trovato la stanza molto pulita e fresca, dato il caldo di luglio.
Hôtel proche du centre pour un prix correct. Excellent et copieux petit déjeuner. Très bon accueil et service a la réception. Un service de bus pour les arènes et organise et tout et fait pour que tout se passe bien pour les personnes qui vont à l'opéra. Chambre très propre avec climatisation.
